NOTE! These are Adobe Illustrator Files that form the source art for the jpg files that constitute the actual screen saver. If you don't have Illustrator or a compatible app like Freehand, these files may not be of any use to you. They are intended to be a template for your use to create your own customized jpg HAL screens. 
halnamescreens/ Are the main HAL three letter screens... You know 'em and love them... So far there are 26 screens made. If you see something I missed, or see something you want to suggest, drop me a line... 
ae35screens/ These are some screens I made up. There is a reference in the book '2001' where after Dave shuts down HAL he has to use a telescope attaced to the main antenna to aim it manually at Earth, and there's a graphic screen in the movie that similarly shows something in crosshairs which I duplicated in my HAL screen gifs on the HAL Interface page. Here I used a Landsat image of Earth. 
gdescreens/ These are some screens using made up graphics and real NASA pics of the planets (with real data from the NASA website!) I plan to make more of these real soon... 
hal-hibscreens/ These are some pitiful pics to show the hibernating crewmen. These are real rough so far and are not really even started, much less finished. Anyone have any good scans or pics that would fit these? 
sgiscreens/ This is a look at what I'm talking about for "HAL emulation". I'm ashamed to say I don't do Linux like most of the world seems to be at the moment, but I would appreciate suggestions for what that and other screens should look like or perhaps you'd like to drop me a line and talk about collaborating on it?
